What is your return policy?
Hitech Building Systems, LLC guarantees the quality of workmanship and materials in every item we manufacture. If there is a quality related problem, all returns require a Return Authorization Number
(1-866-777-9750) and must be reported within 3 days after receipt of product. Please note that any products that are delivered by commercial carrier (Extra Large models, Duplex's) cannot be returned due to the high cost of return shipping. Damaged or defective panels are replaced free of charge.
NOTE: Our Shipping companies are responsible for shipping damage only if noted by you upon receipt of the product. Please inspect all shipments prior to the driver leaving. All heavy freight shipments are delivered on weekdays only Monday through Friday.
NOTE: Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states additional shipping charges apply to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Please call for a shipping quote.
If the customer returns a product due to wrong size or cancellation after it has been shipped, the customer is responsible for return freight costs.
Any product returned to Hitech Building Systems, LLC for any reason other than quality or workmanship is subject to a 20%
handling charge and items must be returned in condition for resale.
Do you take phone orders?
Hitech Building Systems, LLC does accept phone orders. To place an order by phone, please call us at 1-866-777-9750.
What is standard delivery time for your products?
Shipment of your product has a normal lead-time of approximately Seven (7) working days. During the months between September and January, lead times may increase to three weeks. We make every effort to get products shipped as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that all of our doghouses are custom built and lead times may vary.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all of our products with the exception of porch and deck options ordered seperately. A small residential delivery free may apply for large orders that may ship via a heavy freight carrier.
What is your warranty policy?
All of our products have a 1-year workmanship and material warranty.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please understand that cancellation fees may apply for any orders that are cancelled or revised after they have been
placed. We make every effort to avoid charging these fees.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Hitech Building Systems, LLC accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the day the order is placed.
Is my credit card information secure?
We have our own secure server for your protection, we use an encryption process that converts your information into uniform packets of code, ensuring a secure transmission over the Internet through our HTTPS server. The padlock symbol on the lower right corner of your browser ensures your order is secure.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Due to our location, sales tax will be charged to all orders from South Dakota businesses and residents at 6%. All orders
placed outside of South Dakota are exempt from sales tax.
